POSITION SUMMARY:
REACHER DIGITAL SOLUTIONS
is seeking a positive and motivated sales professional that is looking to drive revenue at the highest level. REACHER Sales Team will be tasked with finding, pitching, and closing sales with businesses world-wide. This representative will be vital to the agency's overall success not only from driving revenue but also becoming a mentor to the entry level sales representatives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Must be available for initial video meeting sales training.
Main duties is to:
- Generate web design revenue through both new businesses as well as experienced businesses world-wide.
- Make 30+ outbound sales pitches on a daily basis
- Lead in creating an outbound sales culture that maximizes web design sales and revenue generated through converted pitches to closed accounts for fulfillment to complete.
- Achieve monthly sales goals, leading by example while supporting all track related outbound sales initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with defined account base through proactive communication
- Additional duties as assigned
- Weekly contextual follow-ups every 4-7 days
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 6 months experience as a top sales representative in the B2B industry
- Associate’s degree in Business,Marketing or related field (preferred)
- Previous CRM Platform experience (preferred)
- Coachable attitude with the ability to handle multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Distinguished verbal communicator with a strong phone presence Passion for sales
- Flexibility in working extended hours when needed
- Camera friendly for CVP (cold video pitches)
WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
